Let’s talk “short sales”…every expert seems to have a different or better solution to the doom and gloom of a short sale. As everyone is aware, each and every transaction is a totally different animal, dependent on the bank, the hardship, the title company, the Realtor, the lender, the seller…this isn’t new news. So instead of talking about how stressful, challenging and sometimes depressing the process is, I thought I would share a personal story that “just may” be able to help you and your sellers….in the current market and in the future because, “This too shall Pass.”
The short sale process is, at it’s core, a simple one. We know that bringing this simple process to pass, can be another story. Many of the issues that regularly arise, and cause the word short sale to knot your stomach, can be overcome with some practical steps and a good Escrow Officer.
Each February thru April the Renaissance Festival comes to Arizona.
The Family and I spent St. Valentines Day at the Renaissance Festival in Gold Canyon, AZ.

Having never been, my boyfriend decided to take me back to his hometown for my birthday. I have my own ideas of what I should expect to see and do in New York City. All of these ideas come from exactly what I’ve seen on TV! I visualize carrying numerous bags full of New York City style from Macy’s Department store, hailing taxi cabs, the smell of hot dogs, honking horns and walking amongst thousands of people crowding the streets. No one ever moves out of my way…this should be interesting! This may have something to do with the movie Sex and the City or better yet…The Godfather, as I’ve watched every one of them! The mob is so intriguing to me…shh, don’t tell anyone, “Leave the Gun, Take the Cannoli”.
